OFF CUT PECKHAM - NOW OPEN!

Off Cut Started almost 5 years ago in South London’s Camberwell. We have come a long way since then, employing some of the UK’s best talent in Barbering, featuring at Salon International, collaborating with local brands and weathering various economic crises. Its been a journey, but we aren’t done yet…

While our existing stores in Camberwell, Crystal Palace and Streatham go from strength to strength, we are delighted to announce the fourth Off Cut location will be opening on Thursday 10th August on Peckham’s Choumert Road.

Sharing this corner of South London with some of our favourite local brands, including PANTRY and HONEST BURGER, we hope to bring our own brand of friendly, accessible yet high-end barbering to the mix.

With thanks to all those that helped to get us here, we are pleased to say that OFF CUT PECKHAM is now open and taking bookings, and we cant wait to welcome you.

Festive Period Opening Hours

With just a week to go to Christmas day, all three shops are booking up fast, and look to be packed in the run up to Christmas and New Year. We at OFF CUT are excited to have some well needed time off, both to relax and celebrate with friends and family.

Our Christmas opening hours this year are available to view on Fresha and Google, but below is a reminder;

24th-27th December - Closed for Christmas

31st December -2nd January - Closed for New Years Eve

If you plan to come to any of our shops this month, please do try to book in advance to avoid disappointment, and enjoy the festive whiskey, chocolate and mince pies on offer.

Lastly, to all our clients, old and new, It’s been an amazing year and we have you all to thank. As always, it’s the characters we have through our doors that make the job enjoyable and we wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a happy and healthy 2023.

NOVEMBER 2022 PRICING UPDATE

OFF-CUT are committed to treating their staff and clients fairly, and we want to be open and honest about some pricing changes we have made this month.

We all know the cost of living has risen. This effects us a business, but also our team of barbers. From November we will be adding £2-4 to the cost of some services. This will help to cover the spiralling energy costs. We really did wait as long as we could, and have kept the increase to the absolute minimum.

We are grateful for your understanding and continued support, and commit to bringing the same standards we always have

2021 HIGHLIGHTS - STREATHAM AND CRYSTAL PALACE

In September 2020 we opened the doors to our second OFF-CUT shop, in Crystal Palace. This would prove to be a bit of a false start for the shop, as after just 7 weeks we were plunged into nearly 5 months of lockdowns. In April 2021 we had our new beginning… and the shop and the team have gone from strength to strength ever since. We have loved getting to know our new clients and our neighbours (shout-out to the teams at Triangle Tattoo, Imove Property and Four Boroughs Coffee), and after 8 successful months, we can well and truly say Crystal Palace feels like home.

In June 2021 came shop number 3 - OFF-CUT Streatham. We were excited to welcome Charlie Morse (@charliecmorse) into the OFF-CUT fold as director and co-owner on this project. With our joint vision, the shop took shape over the spring, and since opening has welcomed hundreds of new faces from Streatham and the surrounding areas. Some not so new faces were our friends at Bright Pete Holdings, who opened the incredible Carmine (@carminesw16) just a few doors down in October - welcome to the street, neighbours. Congratulations to all. We are excited to see what the future holds for 2022 in SW16.

2021 HIGHLIGHTS - SALON INTERNATIONAL

Over the next couple of weeks we wanted to take a look at back at our 2021 highlights, starting with our appearance at SALON INTERNATIONAL…

Back in October we visited ExCel London for the annual Salon International show - Hundreds of brands exhibit and attend the show to share inspiration and showcase talent from all over the UK.

We were lucky enough to have a spot on the MODERN BARBER stage on the Sunday, and representing Off-Cut was Off-Cut Crystal Palace’s Shop Manager and Head Barber, Liam Webber (@liamwebberbarbering) and Off-Cut Camberwell’s Longstanding Senior Barber and Trendsetter, Simon Crawford (@simoncthebarber). Supporting the barbers on the day was the team at UPPERCUT DELUXE, as well as other members of the Off-Cut Team.

We are all really proud of the standard of work and energy of the team, and want to say a huge well done and thanks for representing the brand in this way.
